RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange for items returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund/exchange. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty packages, reseller activity, or fraud).

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear back into your account once the refund is processed. If you do not see your refund after 7 days, please reach out to support@tagwear.co

ORDERS + SHIPPING

We will notify you by the contact method on file with all relevant shipping updates and tracking information once your order has been processed. This typically takes 1-3 days, not including weekends or holidays. You can also track your order through our live chat bubble.

At TAGWEAR, we offer Free Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $40.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-7 business days for shipments to be delivered.
